The Post Group built a Thrift Shop business plan for TBH to provide earned income for the homeless shelter. I am impressed by the quality of their preparation, process, thinking, listening, and communication as well as the finished products. Because the board was impressed with both the process and the finished project, Lynn was hired to work on a total redesign of the TBH website, and Mark is assisting in establishing a better QuickBooks setup to make reporting to the board more efficient.
